Your home is built in the largest modular manufacturing facility in Ontario. Operating since 1975, the facility builds hundreds of homes each year. Each one is inspected fully to code before it leaves the plant and comes with a 10-year structural warranty.
On delivery day your home arrives on site complete with a fully finished interior, including kitchen, bathrooms, electrical wiring, plumbing, taped and primed drywall, carpet, trim and any additional cabinetry. Ceramics, hardwood and exterior finishes are completed on site. The modules arrive by truck in the morning and a crane positions the units on your foundation by the afternoon.
A trusted crew capable and familiar with all aspects of modular construction will be made available to “stitch” the modules and add extras, like a garage, and we'll help you secure fully bonded and trusted trades for the final mechanical and utility connections.
